Each piece is made to order — created when you decide it should exist.
Because of that, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or flawed, please reach out within 14 days of delivery.
Send an email to fragmenta.art6@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll work with our production partner to send you a replacement.
